Hi, my name is Victoria, I am the owner of Home Instead Senior Care Redlands and Logan (along with my husband Aaron). We started the business in 2013 and it brings me so much joy to support older people to live independently in their own homes. I have three children and love to spend time with the family out on the bay

 

Aaron Meyers

Franchise Owner

Hi I’m Aaron, I'm co-owner of Home Instead with my wife Victoria. Starting Home Instead became a real passion of mine from my own personal experience of struggling to find suitable care for my grandparents. I am passionate about providing people with the freedom to live happily in their home while still being able to receive high quality care. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing squash, fishing and spending time with my young family.

Melanie Strydom

Care Manager

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Melanie and have been with Home Instead for 2½ years, my role is the Care Manager. Working for the Bayside and Logan office feels like family. Just knowing that we are making a difference in our clients lives daily is rewarding in itself. I spend my free time with my family, watching sporting events, fishing and spending time with friends. 

Karen Lewin

Recruitment and Training Officer

My name is Karen, I have a background in nursing and caregiving and began working for Home Instead Senior Care Bayside as a CAREGiver. I have now moved into the role of recruitment and training new CAREGivers to this special team. Finding like-minded people to provide quality care motivates me every day. 

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, exercise and spending time with my family.

Working for Home Instead Senior Care is about quality and compassionate care for our senior clients. My background with the company as a CAREGiver has given me so much joy and now as Client Servies Coordinator my goal is to ensure all seniors and their families trust that we will offer the best care and support that is needed. My passion and loving care for our elderly is what I am most proud of.
In my spare time my family is always close to my heart. Giving and caring to others is what gives me the greatest sense of achievement in life.

Hi, My name is Susanna. I am a Registered Nurse and I am now working as a Home Care Package Coordinator for Home Instead Bayside and Logan.

Helping people to achieve the best possible quality of life is close to my heart. In my freetime, I enjoy exercising, travelling and being outdoors.

Accounts and Administration Coordinator

Hello all! I would like to introduce myself, my name is Lee and I’m working in accounts and administration. I have worked for Home Instead for two months now. I enjoy spending time with my family, photography and enjoying the beautiful Queensland weather at the beach. I love to work for Home Instead Senior Care as it’s a wonderful atmosphere in the office and it’s also about giving back to the community.
